"Return was just way easier than I expected"
I had to return a set of glasses because a few of them just weren’t what I was looking for. I started the return online and it was simple. Dropped it off, and then I got my refund back in a few days with no extra chasing or weird issues. i was expecting it to be more annoying, but it just went really smoothly. I’d shop here again.

"Surprisingly holding up well"
I bought a dining table and chairs last year, i wasn’t totally sure how they’d do with the kids using them every single day. But so far, they’ve held up really well. Nothing is wobbling, and there aren’t many scratches either, which kind of surprised me. Maybe I’m just not noticing every little mark, but overall I’m really happy with them.

"Looks good, but the quality feels a little off"
It does look nice at first glance, but the quality feels a bit uneven. I can’t help but feel like they may have cut a few corners somewhere, because it’s decent but not quite as solid as I expected...

"Super easy to browse and buy"
I had a smooth time shopping on Crate and Barrel’s site. I found the dining chairs I was looking for in maybe 5 or 10 minutes, and the filters actually helped instead of making things more confusing. Checkout was quick too, probably just a couple of steps, and the pages loaded fast the whole time. Overall, it was just an easy, no-hassle shopping experience.

"Helpful, but I wish it took less effort"
I needed to change my delivery date, which was kind of annoying because I had to go through the whole chat process just to get it sorted. That said, the person I spoke to was really nice and fixed it quickly without making it a big deal. So overall I’m happy with the service, just wish it hadn’t taken effort on my end.

I ordered a few things and expected the usual waiting game, because that’s how it normally goes. But somehow everything showed up earlier than the date they gave me, with no hassle or annoying delays. For once, delivery was actually fast and easy. Happy with it.

"Showed up right on time"
I ordered a few kitchen items and the delivery actually showed up exactly when they said it would. The box wasn’t beat up, the driver dropped it off quickly, and there were no random delays or issues. That’s really all I needed.

"Looks nice, but I couldn't tell who it's really for"
The place looks nice at first, but a lot of the stuff felt like the same style over and over. For the prices, I expected more personality or something a little more interesting. Also, it wasn’t really clear who was running or curating things, so the whole vibe felt kind of ownerless and generic

"Box showed up beat up"
The item itself seems fine, but the box arrived looking really rough. I get that shipping can be hard on packages, but it was beat up enough that it made me question how carefully it was handled. it kind of makes me lose a bit of trust in ordering this again.

"Nice stuff, but the shipping kind of kills the deal"
I’ve generally had good experiences with Crate & Barrel, and the items I ordered this time were exactly what I expected, nice quality, looked good, and the site was easy to use.
The weird part is, the shipping ended up feeling high enough that the sale price didn’t really feel like much of a sale anymore. I’d still shop there again, but probably not for smaller items unless there’s a free shipping promo.
